The following is a list of work completed over the past thirty-five years in twelve states, eight of those years
were in Florida, includes:
APARTMENTS,
CONDOS, TOWNHOUSES: Developed, built, supervised, project managed, estimated
and contracted for in excess of 45,000 units of apartments in TEXAS, FLORIDA, LOUSIANNA, IOWA, ILLINOIS, NEBRASKA, KANSAS,
MISSOURI, MICHIGAN INDIANA, OHIO, OKLAHOMA, ARKANSAS, COLORADO, VIRGINIA, AND NEW MEXICO. The projects have been 2,
3 story multi-story, market, senior, HUD, affordable, Class A, elderly and tax credit, high-rise, condo, rehab, and historical.
MULTI-STORY: Worked on nine buildings that have ranged from four to seventeen stories. Dealing
with the logistical and scheduling problems has been a challenge and creates new segmental demands everyday. Every job
has been different from the cranes to the man lift requirements and the permitting for such. The building structures
have been slip form, flat slab, pre-constructed structural, pan joist, and structural steel in nature.
HEAVY COMMERCIAL AND INDUSTRIAL: Designed and built large (3,000,000 sq. ft.) manufacturing facilities, consulted on
a Texaco refining plant, the ASARCO copper manufacturing plant, and rail extensions and sidings. Built many concrete
tilt-up projects including Dunn properties, Great South West Industrial Park, Arlington, Texas (eleven buildings all in excess of
500,000 sq. ft.).
RESORT: The Inn of The Mountain Gods, Condos, Lodge, Lake, Dam, and
Golf Course. The Palo Duro Canyon Renovation includes miles of roads, bridges, convenience shelters, miles of water
lines and lift stations.
INSTITUTIONAL: The North Texas State Music Hall, Most of the Dormitories, The Administration Building, and Athletic Complex
at West Texas State University. East Side Osteopathic Hospital remodel and many hospital departmental retrofits.
LIGHT-COMMERCIAL: Many shopping centers, retail stand alone out-parcels, office
buildings such as Hillcrest 635 (484,000 sq. ft.), Dallas’ premier Garden Office Complex when built; and medical buildings,
many cell sites, phone and television head-ins and offices.
HOTELS: 17 Hotels,
both multi-story and garden-type hotels.
