industrial, residential and land development projects, all lending itself to the success of the program.
Robert Blaney - President / CEO
Robert Blaney is an international project development and project finance executive who began his career in Rhode Island with the operation of a general contracting firm which was
expanded in the areas of land and natural resources consulting and development. His development activities in the Dallas/Fort Worth Metro-plex are primarily in the area of land and
sites for master planned communities, residential enclaves and subdivisions, and commercial/mixed use sites.
Mr. Blaney holds a B.S. degree in natural resource economics from the University of Rhode Island, and has had extensive graduate training at the University of Alaska and American
University in the fields of management, development banking, and international economic development. He has been a Certified General Real Estate Appraiser and Real Estate Broker
in applicable jurisdictions. Mr. Blaney has conducted speaking engagements regarding international project development and finance, has completed numerous investment seminars, and
has attended international conferences held by groups including the World Bank, World Economic Development Congress and the Export - Import Bank of the United States.
Byron Ballas - COO
Mr. Ballas has over forty-five years of experience in the construction-development industry. He has managed construction-development portfolios exceeding 300 million dollars and over
thirty projects under development. He is fully versed in loan origination and acquisition including HUD 221-d4, USDA, Tax Credits and Conventional. Mr. Ballas has reorganized construction
companies and charted plans for the future business and development. Additionally, Mr. Ballas has several years of experience in the multi-family, hotel, commercial and industrial projects.
Further: after college Mr. Ballas has attended classes and seminars sponsored by the AGC. And has mentored at the University of North Florida, Developnent Program under Dr. John Kennedy
Kenneth Braziel - Vice President, Construction
ccomplished profe sional with more than thirty years of broad-based experience in all areas of the construction industry encompassing the following: multi-family, mixed use developments,
and has been responsible for building more than four thousand apartment units. Mr. Braziel previous employers include AMLI, Trammel Crow, and Fairfield.
Mr. Braziel graduated from Texas A & M Science Degree, Commerce, Texas and served in the United States Army, Honorable Discharged 1972 and is a Vietnam Veteran 1968-1969
